The hotel is located near beautiful mountains and hiking trails. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. the in-house hot spring was a relaxing way to end the day after exploring the surrounding area.

We had an amazing view of the frozen lake from our room in December. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the bus stop for the Komagatake Ropeway. The room was comfortable and made for an lovely winter trip. The breakfast provided was fantastic and the in-house hot spring was a relaxing bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of the hotel which is within walking distance to several attractions like a historic temple, mountain trails, and a beautiful lake. the breakfast buffet was great and offered endless options. the room was very comfortable, with a classic design, and the bathroom was well-maintained. It was also great to have access to an onsen, a Japanese hot spring, and a large beautiful lake to enjoy.
We found it difficult to communicate with the staff due to the language barrier.

I was impressed by the location of the hotel, close to local attractions like temples and mountain trails. I also found the transportation to be quite convenient with a bus stop right out front, as well as being easily accessible by car. The hotel itself had fantastic facilities, especially the lovely outdoor onsen with lit trees at night. I appreciated the spacious and clean guest room with a view of the pond or forest.
Nothing everything was great.
